CHROME STEEL BALLS

Balls made of this type of material are characterized by high hardness, wear resistance and high load capacity.

Main applications: Ball bearings, automotive components, valves, ball screws, slewing rings, grinding and polishing machinery.

CARBON STEEL BALLS

These low / high carbon steel balls can be supplied in the case hardened, hardened or annealed.

They have good resistance to wear and abrasions (if they are hardened or cemented), and good weldability (if they are annealed).

Main applications: Sprayers, low precision bearings, conveyor rollers, polishing and grinding machines, components for bicycles and mopeds.

AISI 420 STAINLESS STEEL BALLS

Made of stainless steel suitable for applications in contact with water, steam and gasoline.

Due to their chemical composition, they allow ball tempering to their core, obtaining a slightly lower hardness than AISI 52100 chrome steel.

Main applications: Valves, stainless bearings, as a polishing and grinding element in polishing machinery.

AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL BALLS

Balls made of this type of steel have excellent resistance to corrosion in contact with organic chemicals and oxidizing solutions.

They also have good mechanical characteristics.

Due to its chemical composition, this material does not allow hardening and has low magnetism.

Main applications: Microvalves for spraying, agricultural pumps, special bearings, agricultural sulphates.

AISI 316 STAINLESS STEEL BALLS

With similar characteristics to AISI 304, the balls made with this material have a higher resistance to corrosion, while being more non-magnetic.

Main applications: Special bearings, pumps and valves for aerosols, soap and perfume dispensers, components for the food and chemical industry.

NYLON BALLS

Balls made of NYLON exhibit excellent wear and impact resistance with a low coefficient of friction.

They are resistant to common solvents, hydrocarbons, inorganic salt solutions, esters and ketones.

Main applications: Valves, light load bearings, sliding guides for furniture, fluid level indicators, cosmetics, food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries.

GLASS BALLS

Glass balls can have medium or high precision depending on their application.

They are supplied in sodium-calcium glass material and borosilicate glass material, the latter presenting greater resistance to corrosion.

Main applications: Manufacture of aerosols, valves, pigment grinding, optical industry, special bearings.
